I started the Get Lean 8 week challenge in 2013, in response to requests for a weight loss program from some of my personal training clients at Custom Strength. My name is Elsbeth Vaino, and I'm a personal trainer and the owner of Custom Strength in Ottawa, Canada, where I work with clients of all ages and body types with the goal of helping them live better and play better through better movement.
